There is no Refund for classes and workshops unless the class is Cancelled by the instructor. A $100.00 deposit is required to
reserve your seat class/workshop. The balance is due (1) week before your class/workshop starts. Classes and workshops can

Stone Massage - you will learn how to use stones as massage tools to apply pressure and massage with the stones, how to
warm the stones to the proper temperature to prevent burning of your client and yourself, the benefits of stone massage for
warm and cold stone therapy, types of stones and their uses for therapy, and placement of stones on specific parts of the body
for relaxation or therapeutic treatments.
Introduction to Aromatherapy - Enhance your senses in the World of Aromatherapy. Get an understanding on the uses of
essential oils, basic principles and blending techniques. You will learn how the brain and limbic system processes aromas and
scents, botany, essential oil extraction methods, how to use specific oils for relaxation and therapeutic conditions, essential oil

Orthopedic Massage - you will learn a combination of techniques for treating soft-tissue pain and injury. These techniques
utilizes four steps towards assessment, matching physiology with correct treatment protocol, treatment adaptability and

Energy/Chakra Balancing I/II - You are introduced to the chakra system, the human energy field and the basics of energy
medicine. You will learn techniques of energy medicine, therapeutic touch and how to use the chakra system as your guide for

essentials oil, how to use them in your home, and how to create sensual blends. Cost $175.00
Foot Reflexology - This workshop introduces you to the theory of zone therapy and the locations of the reflex points that
correspond to organs, glands, and other body parts. You will observe demonstrations of basic therapeutic techniques and
practice them with workshop participants. At the end of the workshop, you will have an awareness of how reflexology can help
in health and wellness and feel comfortable in doing foot reflexology to family and friends. Cost $95.00
Introduction To Massage - Find out if Massage Therapy is the right Career for you. This introductory workshop will teach you
how to perform a full body Swedish Massage using proper technique. This workshop is a great experience for individuals
looking to add massage therapy to their career or start a new career and an experience for couples to learn how to unwind and

Spa Beauty - Introduces you to making your own skin care by identifying your skin type, and tone. You will learn how to make
astringents, facial creams, body lotions, scrubs, and fragrances. This workshop uses all nature based ingredients, it is 90%
hands-on, be prepared to take your items home with you. (4) day workshop Cost $575.00
