What Is Offered
All services are provided with respect and courtesy. Massage styles vary with
your needs and request and include (but not limited) to Swedish, Deep Tissue,
Facial Massage, Aromatherapy, Therapeutic Massage (ie... Trigger Point
Therapy/Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy), Stretching or
massage simply for Relaxation. During your massage, the therapist will check
with you to make sure that you are comfortable and that the massage style and
pressure applied meets your approval. The massage is tailored to your needs
based on your feedback.
What To Expect
During your massage session the client (person receiving the massage) is
covered at all times with a linen sheet and/or blanket. The only area exposed is
the specific area being massaged, (arm, leg, back, etc). To help provide the best
possible care during massage, any existing tenderness, injury, illness, rashes,
or chronic conditions must be discussed with the massage therapist prior to
beginning your massage sessions.
Aromatherapy
The use of aromatic essential oils to maintain and promote health while keeping
the body in balance. Essential oils enter and leave the body without leaving
toxins, and the massage enhances essential oils to be absorbed into the body
through the skin. Essential oils are specifically blended for your condition or
relaxation. (55 min. - $80.00)/((90 min - $120.00)
Chair Massage
This massage is for stress reduction, relaxation, and address complaints of low
back pain, headaches, neck, shoulder tension, arms and wrist tension.
Corporate Events are welcome. Call for corporate rates. (15 min. - $15.00)
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
Treats musculoskeletal disorders. Both massages are used to aid in the
recovery from muscle fatigue, aid in monitoring the condition of muscle tissues,
treat soft tissue injuries and to help enhance muscle performance.
($100.00)
Digestive Massage
Promotes evacuation of the colon by increasing peristalic activity in the colon
through massage which causes relief from constipation, colic and intestinal gas.
Digestion is stimulated because massage promotes activation of the
parasympathetic nervous system, which stimulates digestion. ($45.00)
Health & Wellness Program
The Health & Wellness Program includes nutrition workshops, weight
management, exercise, and chakra balancing. This is a one year Health &
Wellness Program that requires commitment to improve your health from where
you are at today.
Stone Massage Therapy
This is s swedish relaxation technique that uses smooth heated (hot/warm)
basalt stones. Stones are placed on a cloth on the body and arranged along the
center of the body on your back. This relaxes the muscles and reduces pain and
discomfort - boosting the healing process. Massage is followed by your
Hot/Warm Stone Therapy. (90 min. - $125.00)
Swedish Massage
This is the manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and soft tissue
therapeutic purposes. The benefits are joint movement that promotes general
relaxation, relieves muscle tension, headaches, and improved range of motion.
(55 min. - $80.00) Discount package (4) 30 min sessions $175.00/(4) 60 min
sessions $270.00. Discount packages requires full payment.
Neuromuscular Therapy: Trigger Point Therapy
This involves pressure techniques used in the treatment of myofascial problems
when areas of local nerve facilitation is aggravated by stress of any sort
affecting the body. Stretching, lengthening, and deactivating trigger points are
conducted to relieve pain ($65.00)
Myofascial Release Therapy
This therapy is soft tissue massage involving stretching and massage. Muscles
hold tension and stress which are caused by any type of muscle injury.
Myofascial Release Therapy gives access to muscle areas that are block with
tension and releases them. When these muscles are released they can move
more freely. ($65.00)
Reiki Treatment/ Energy Flow-Therapeutic Touch
Theses treatments the touch is light, hands on or hands off process whereby
the practitioner transfers universal life energy to the recipient. The treatments
are safe, non-intusive and non-manipulative. There are no substances applied
to the body, and the recipient remains fully clothed. During the treatment, the
practitioner directs universal healing energy to several areas of the head, the
upper body (from neck to pelvic area), and the back (from shoulders to tailbone).
While focus is given to the body's major organs, every cell of the body will
benefit. Included with treatment is Chakra Balancing (60 min. - $45.00)
